I'm really pleased that our potage garden has produced it's first yield. Yesterday evening I picked a wonderful mix of radishes, mustard leaves, thyme, mint and a pretty deeply cut salad leaf who's name I can't remember.
I made a scrummy supper of hot smoked Salmon on a bed of mixed salad leaves with new potatoes, mint and homemade mayonnaise...from our girls freshly laid eggs of course.
I can't believe that back in February this year the potage looked like this...
We're both feeling a great sense of achievement!
